Program Requirements

Attendance Policy
Members of the Ambassador Program will be allowed 3 excused ab senses per year. We understand that their are times when you get sick or have family functions and need to miss class. Attendance requirements are necessary to uphold the integrity of each division of the Ambassador Program. A strong commitment is necessary for each division to accomplish their goals. We understand that our Mini, Jr, Tn and Sr Ambassadors may be involved in outside activities and we try to be flexible in terms of ab senses. Please just be courtious and give your directors plenty of notice if you need to miss a class or performance.
Please email your director directly, do not go thru the front desk or use info@ncdc.com. Your director will inform any teachers that need to be told of your absence. Any absences beyond three must be made up within two weeks of the absence and is to be arranged with your director. Unexcused absences will not be tolerated and will result in the dancer’s removal from choreography. You will be charged a $15.00 drop in fee for each of your make up classes.

Please do everything you can to get your homework done and manage your time wisely so that you can keep the commitment you have made to NCDC and your teammates. Being a part of the NCDC Ambassador Program is a lot of fun and opens up some great opportunities for you, but we ask that you take your commitment seriously.

News & Notes

Costumes
We have an amazing costume mistress that does everything she can to find quality costumes for good prices. Ambassadors utilize a rental system for the majority of their costuming. This allows the parents the benefit of not having to buy several different costumes that dancers will only wear for one year.
Dancers will be charged a set rental fee for their costumes. More information to follow.

If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to email Jen.
