Jen Bradford Faculty & Staff
Jen Bradford Jen Bradford is currently the owner and Artistic Director of Northern California Dance Conservatory in Roseville, and won the 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Roseville Chamber of Commerce. Jen has been involved in many aspects of the dance world for the past 30years.

As a young dancer she had the opportunity to train with the some of the leaders in dance world in Utah, San Francisco, & New York. Jen attend Brigham Young University where she was awarded a dance scholarship, and a dance degree with personal studies in dance therapy.
Jen’s passion for dance along with her unique contemporary style—a fusion of ethnic dance forms, jazz, modern and classical ballet—has caused her to be a much sought after master teacher. Jen has a strong passion for teaching and has taught master classes at hundreds of schools, companies and conventions all over the United States including American College Dance Festival and San Jose State University. Her contemporary class emphasizes artistry and musicality and, while technically challenging, requires the dancer to move in new unconventional ways. As a choreographer she has been commissioned to set over 45 full-length works for companies around the country. She has been the Artistic Director of Teen Dance Company of the Bay Area, Impact Contemporary Dance Company, Impulse Dance Company and Momentum Dance Co. Jen’s has won many awards in choreography and artistic achievement and her choreography has been selected at various festivals and competitions around the world and has recently won the Bret and Donna Barber t Grand Prize and 2nd Grand Prize in the McCallum Theater choreography competition. Jen also won the 2004 Leos Bronze award for choreography at the World Jazz Dance Congress in Costa Rica.

The most rewarding accomplishments of her career have come from the students she has trained over the years. Jen believes in not only giving her students the technical tools they need to achieve their goals as dancers but also teaching them artistry, passion, dedication and respect. Choreography and Improvisation are also important aspects to her curriculum as a teacher. Jen’s students have gone on to continue their studies of dance at Julliard, SF ballet, Suny Purchase, NYU, University of Arizona, Lines Ballet, Boston Conservatory, Batsheva workshop, Chapman University, to name just a few. They have danced professionally with the Regensburg ballet in Germany, Gallim Dance, Pascal Rioult Dance Theatre, Limon Dance Company, Sacramento Ballet, Ballet San Jose, Mia Michaels Raw, So You Think You Can Dance TV series, and numerous other television shows, videos and films. They have been awarded hundreds of scholarships and awards for not only their technical skills as dancers but as choreographers as well. “NCDC is not just a business for me but a passion.
