Sarah in her never-ending search for physical
fitness came to a crossroad after intense marathon
training which took her sneakers off and sent
her to find barefoot alternatives. In 1997 she first
fell in love with Yoga. Becoming an avid practitioner
led her to the natural progression of Pilates.
Studying with Ashtanga Yoga in Provo Utah that
year she started her teaching path. Continuing
her Pilates education in Utah with the Refomer,
Trap table, balls and other resistance equipment
she wanted to share all that she had learned.
Moving to Sacramento in 2002 presented her
with just that opportunity, she began teaching a
“Piloga” Yoga and Pilates combination class at
California Family Fitness shortly after moving and has been there ever since. She has
loved teaching these last 8 years, ngaging with people of all fitness levels and seeing
them grow! She is ready and excited for the |
| atmosphere the NCDC studio setting
will provide. If you are ready to see a new way of toning, shaping, lengthening and
strengthening your body you should come and join her here. |
